I had an awesome experience. The hotel was bright, I loved staff and location. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, flat-screen television and a writing table. Late check-out was useful. The restaurant was good and the food was hot.

Impressive design, INFORMATIVE staff, panoramic location. Classic style hotel with tasteful furniture in the rooms. Views were magnificent. Loved Lourdes, the venue was really cute.

Handy base for traveling to Lourdes and exploring local places. I loved how my comfort twin room was set up. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Le Bodegon that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

In the morning I had fine butter and muffins. Had normal double room with coffee machine as well as the usual continental breakfast for an extra special stay. Adorable staff, answered all questions.

Food was delicious, room was en suite, appreciated the fairly clean bathroom. Overall the service was thoughtful! It was memorable time in Lourdes.

Its breakfast certainly should 've been included in price.

Fine stay in the pretty comfortable area. There was a friendly reception. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. It was so sweet to get wake up calls free of charge too.
